the ladies leave the forest on saturday at 1pm the same time as the kids cycle usually to do 10 - 15 miles

I would be really interested in a Saturday run but until you have one going, what time does ladies group go on saturday morning and is it from the forest car park.
You are more than welcome to join the ladies cycle on Saturday. It leaves the car park at 1pm.

Some of the Carn Wheeler ladies go out on Saturdays when the kids cycle takes place to do between 10 and 15 miles in an hour or an hour and a half.

would there be enough interest from club members for a saturday cycle.sundays do not always suit everyone but if there was a saturday cycle then you at least have the option
When the light changes there is a midweek cycle. If enough express an interest in a Saturday cycle I am sure we could arrange something

I am selling a groupset Sram Force to replace with new Sram red. The old set is in almost mint condition. i am looking for about £480 for everything, include cranks shifters brakes cables casette etc. By way cranks are 170mm in case you need to ask.
