A hardy (hearty) bunch of 13 riders took to the road this morning for the 8am off.  Heading for Moneyneena, Brown Nows, Claudy, out the Barnalt Road to Limavady.  Then onto Magillian, Downhill, Coleraine and back to Maghera via Garvagh.   79 miles completed,  but some ones still weren’t empty and so a few of them headed out the road again to make up the round 100...

Well done to Marc Heaney on taking 6th place at the Tour of the Mournes A1/A2/A3/Jnr race today.   Over 72 mile of racing with 25mph avg, against some of the best riders in ulster this was a great result.   Johnny Taylor and Joe McCrory were also competing today and done some work to help bring the break back to give Marc a shot at the sprint finish and he didn't disappoint.  ...
